Ordered 2 cases for new iPhone 13pros we got in early August. Great cases, we love them BUT one case, the sunset/tuxedo version, began crumbling apart. I thought it began this week in early Sept but when I asked, husband says it was like that when he put the case on his phone in early August. He didn't realize it was supposed to be a smooth surface inside (like mine is) & only uses the stand a little for standing up (uses his iPad instead 90% of the time), does not use for holding the phone, so without touching that mess, it didn't bother him. It bothers me.Inside the pop out steel stand/handle the rubber lining is losing big chunks of rubberized coating from the back of steel part when opened. Have pix showing backside completely cracked, where to submit? Request replacement of case or steel stand part, unusable like this.EDIT 11/2/22: I've revised this review from 5 stars to 1 star due to the defective product and the lack of response from this seller to the original review. While we were on a month+ long trip, I thought the seller would read this and respond so I wouldn't have to escalate to Amazon but crickets, so I've now done that. This is husband's case & he rarely uses his phone while not really needing the handle. I, on the other hand, have some arthritis in my hands so my case -same exact model as this- is a joy for me as it is PERFECT and smooth on the underside of the handle and alleviates some of the joint stress of holding the phone. It wasn't until weeks after delivery that I happened to pick up his phone to use when mine was charging that I discovered the defect: a very uncomfortable severely cracked & crumbling rubber lining on the handle. A lining that is supposed to SMOOTH so it can be comfortably held and protect the hands from the metal the stand/handle is made of. Delivering a defective product like this is unacceptable.Honestly, I'm amazed and disgusted the seller has not seen my original review and made an attempt to remedy the delivery of the defective stand/handle. How difficult could that possibly be? I admit I mistakenly did not attach the photos of the defect (which are now here for all to see) to the initial review, probably because I did this review on my phone while in the throes of prepping for a very long trip along with other pressing issues that delayed me addressing this problem. Fact is that some photo files in Apple are a proprietary file format that is NOT available to upload via typical user interfaces for reviews like this one. Those files must be converted to jpg to be able to upload here which I have just done.With the photos finally uploaded, anyone can clearly see the defect I've described - it's totally unacceptable and I don't care how long it's been since delivery. This kind of degradation should NOT happen in 2 months use, 6 months or even a year - but this product was DELIVERED THIS WAY. Also one has to wonder WHY this seller has NO contact listed on the item listing or on their seller page. I looked for a contact before writing this review. Per Amazon I'm told this seller CHOSE to have NO CONTACT for customers & NO CONTACT for Amazon customer service as well. So apparently they do not care if you have a problem with their product like this, they'd just prefer you take it, don't bother them and be happy with a delivery of a defective product.
