Let me just say the actual product is fine, i purchased for my 08 jeep wrangler unlimited & it fits just fine. Customer service was ridiculous & they have no idea how to treat a paying customer. There was a mix up in postage and when product arrived at my door, i was expected to pay MORE for shipping (i already paid for) so i refused delivery. Long story short, the company tried to blame me for not just paying and assuming they would reimburse me for additional shipping price. Took forever to get product after that & several emails back & forth, service was very rude. Would not order from them again.
